1 tsp salt
¼ tsp dried red chili flakes
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
2 oz extra virgin olive oil
½ oz Dijon mustard
½ oz honey
1 tbsp capers, drained
12 oz broccoli florets (see Tip)
1 can chickpeas, rinsed, drained (approx. 15 oz)
5 pita breads, halved
lettuce, to serve
2 oz red onions, thinly sliced (optional)

    Holy smokes, this perfect combo is light and refreshing! Funny, I have eaten this repeatedly for lunch in the last two days. The honey drizzle and dressing makes it really special. I was surprised how flavorful it was, but the combination is wonderful, and the Pitas gave it a nice little zip. Love it!
